I've been here so many times! No idea why I haven't reviewed this place before. The atmosphere here is absolutely incredible--one of my favorite spots in Union City! This cozy, cash-only, BYOB restaurant serves up delicious food that keeps me coming back. My personal favorites are the fried calamari and the chicken Parm, both of which are outstanding. I've also enjoyed the penne vodka multiple times, and it never disappoints. Trust me, you'll love it here!

I'd have to say that Casa Di Napoli is THE BEST Italian restaurant in the Union City, West New York, North Bergen area. The pasta is made al dente...perfect! They cook each dish on premise, and cook it to your personal taste. I swear, they have the best baked potato I've ever had! My only complaint is the fact that they should add more sauce! (wink wink) Service is very good. The good and the bad...menu wise, It's small. They've had the same menu for years, but honestly, who cares. The food is excellent and I personally like the selection. Atmosphere...nicely dimmed lighting, and the room is very small and intimate. So if you're claustrophobic, then do not go. Otherwise, it's a very nice place for a romantic dinner. Owners...love them all, they're very accommodating. Even the takeout is great!

Cute little joint in the heart of the city. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Decorations and dim light equal the perfect ambience. 10/10. Highly recommend for dinner date or night out with friends. BYOB!

Small, cozy restaurant with white table cloths and lanterns on each table. Attentive service, with waiters able to describe their dishes in detail. I ordered penne in meat sauce that came the way I like it...saucy!! My husband ordered one of the specials: eggplant and prosciutto lasagna rolled up with sauce around the edge. He found it very bland, and definitely wouldn't order it again! At the end of our meal, we discovered that they only accept cash! Usually we don't carry much cash, so this could've been a problem!

Casa Di Napoli is a lovely small family owned business. The decor inside is very traditional and feels fancy but also at home. I enjoyed the ambiance and it is a good BYOB place to sit and chat with someone on a date. They have a special menu which was nice to see and i felt prices were reasonable. I ordered pesto pasta from the special menu and some stuffed clams, i was really happy with both and no complaints on flavor! The service was quick and front door lady was really nice on our way out, would go back just because she asked if we would and i gave her my word!

Quintessential American / Jersey Italian restaurant in Union City. This is family run establishment and you can tell most of the customers have been dining here for years. I found Casa Di Napoli on Yelp and couldn't resist giving it a try. Sometimes you just want angel hair pasta in Alfredo sauce, you know? On Friday night, we called ahead and got a table for 8:30. It was pretty busy when we arrived with a ton of locals and regulars. They have a whiteboard with the specials of the day, plus a regular menu. I saw that the lobster ravioli was one of the most popular dishes on yelp, so we decided to share it as an appetizer. I was skeptical - but it was actually delicious. A dente pasta with a nice lobster filling and the vodka sauce was very good. My only comment would be that the ravioli skin was very thick, but still tasty. For my entrée, I went with the sole oregnata. Next time I might go with the scallops instead. I liked how this was cooked with the breadcrumbs and baked. Sole is an expensive and tricky fish to cook, maybe a little bit over, but I enjoyed it. All entrées come with a side of either pasta, baked potato, or vegetables. I upgraded my pasta to be with Alfredo sauce... A delicious addition. I was happy that the angel hair was still al dente, I love a firm noodle. The parmesan combo was pretty watery, maybe from the eggplant - probably our least favorite dish of the night. Will definitely come back. This restaurant provides really good American Italian classics that are comforting and tasty. Plus, it's BYOB! Bring a bottle of wine, they don't charge for uncorking.

Casa di Napoli is a cozy Italian restaurant run by an older couple and their family. The decor is a bit dated, but the food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. We came on a weekend for dinner as a group of 2 and had a great time. We started with the bread and butter, which were both included in the meal. For the appetizer, we had the tomato and mozzarella. For our main courses, we had the baked ziti and the pesto linguine with shrimp. The baked ziti was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and flavorful. We finished our meal with a shared tiramisu, which was light and fluffy and had a perfect coffee flavor. Overall, we had a great experience at Casa di Napoli. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Tips: The restaurant is cash only and BYOB. The baked ziti is a must-try! The tiramisu is also delicious. Come with an appetite and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
